Property Release

For valuable consideration which I have received, as the owner of certain property designated as
_________________________________________________ (the Property)

to be depicted in photographic images to be taken by the Photographer (the Photographic Images), I grant the Photographer and his agents and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to depict the Property in the Photographic Images for any purpose whatsoever.

I hereby waive any right or claim that I may have to inspect or approve any products or copy used in connection with any of the Photographic Images, or which I may have with respect to any alteration or distortion of any of the Photographic Images and with respect to the publication of the Photographic Images in any form.

I warrant that I am of full age and that I am the owner of the Property and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above release prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with its contents.

This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
